Spot Tekstil is aware of the importance of human resources as a factor in textile and garments industry and employs in-house training to provide an open and innovative working environment to its personnel. Other than motivation training programs for executives and administrative staff, the personnel working in production departments are provided with continuous training on operation and maintenance of production machinery. At the Apprentice School inside Spot Textile, 16-18 year olds, who have completed eight years compulsory primary education, are accepted in a three-year education to equip them with the necessary vocational knowledge and skills. These young pupils, who are trained to become competent at the Apprentice School and best demonstrate Spot’ quality and productivity principles, are then recruited to the Spot working team.
